The Domaine extends over 30ha, and it takes 45min to 1h to walk around the pond. Bird-watching, flower-picking… this is your chance to indulge in a moment of tranquillity and escape in the heart of nature.
Which walking and hiking paths should we follow?
From the Domaine de la Dombes, you can follow a 14km signposted circuit. If you ever feel your sense of direction is lacking, don’t hesitate to pick up a map at the reception desk or at the village hall.

Ride your bikes for big rides and hikes
Bring your own bikes or rent mountain bikes directly from the Domaine from March to November for your rides. We have mountain bikes for all ages, baby seats and children’s trailers. Our equipment is ideal for getting around the estate or venturing out into the surrounding area.
Rental services are available by the hour, half-day or day.
